109 High Hammock is a unique, very large 1-bedroom villa with beautiful views of the 9th hole on Ocean Winds Golf Course. A preferred second floor villa with a large deck , new fully equipped kitchen, TV in living room, flat panel in master bedroom, high speed wireless Internet and pool. Villa is within a short walk to the beach and club house. Bike rentals are available for those who would prefer to 'bike to the beach'. This unit includes full access to Seabrook Island Club Amenities, including pools, restaurants, golf, tennis, recreation facilities and programs. Maximum # of guests: 4; non-smoking; bedding: 1 king in master plus a queen sleeper sofa. Pet friendly also. Ask about our monthly and long term rates.

Great Place to stay

A cute little villa and a wonderful cozy vacation place with about an hours drive to downtown Charleston, and a 5-10 minute walk to the ocean. We were surprised at space it offered as well as the price! We were able to walk and ride bikes to the water quite easily. The kitchen in the villa was a great place to cook meals (we couldn't resist with all the local fresh produce nearby) and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the mornings. Everything was clean and felt very safe. We stayed for the week, and hope to stay there again!

The villa was very well maintained and did not have a "pet friendly" odor. The island itself is very beautiful, quiet and safe. The beach is my favorite on the East Coast - just very natural and peaceful. This is a great place to get away from stress and have a relaxing weekend. I look forward to going back in the spring. If you are looking for nightlife and shopping, I would recommend staying closer to Charleston. Its about a 45 min. drive to downtown.

Wonderful! Many things to do, 40 minutes from Charleston. Loved the fishing, horseback riding, beach, people were very friendly. We are considering buying a rental property for our retirement after our visit. Fresh Fields Village was great for shopping! Everything you need is on Seabrook Island.
