Four bedroom, three bath Hampton contemporary home nestled in the woods. Located on one acre lot, adjacent to wooded reserve – very private. Close to town in Northwest Woods; also close to Three Mile Harbor. Bright and cheerful open floor plan. Pool (18 x 45 feet), 1600 sq ft. wrap-around deck, central air conditioning, 1.5 car garage. No smokers, sublets, groups, or pets.
