Four bedroom, three bath Hampton contemporary home nestled in the Northwest woods. Located on one acre lot, adjacent to wooded reserve – very private. The home is extremely convenient to ocean beaches, bay beaches, shopping, restaurants and town; Bright and cheerful open floor plan. Heated pool (18 x 45 feet), 1600 sq ft. wrap-around deck, central air conditioning, 1.5 car garage. No smokers, sublets, groups, or pets. The owner is only a 1 1/2 miles away so any problems will be addressed immediately.
