Beach: Our 4 km beach is literally at your front door. Take the elevator down, walk across the heated infinity pools and you're there. We also have private palapa umbrellas and lounges reserved for guests. The beach is wide, long and most of all, quiet and peaceful, perfect for swimming, playing or taking those long morning or sunset walks. We are right next to the Marriott with its fabulous beach restaurant. if you walk the other way, past the 5 star Velas, you can visit the turtle farms on the beach.

Portofino: This full service luxury complex is just fabulous - tennis, heated infinity pools, paddle tennis, a modern gym, business center, gated security and friendly staff. Walk to the top hotels in town (Marriott, Velas, Westin), the Marina 18 hole golf course is across the street, taxi and bus stand also in front of the gate and all of the 100 plus stores and restaurants in the Yatch Basin, a 5 minute walk away. It is the best location in town (3 miles away) and it is quiet and residential, a perfect place to walk or bike to see the magnificent villas surrounding the gold course.

Units: We have lived in Puerto Vallarta for 15 years, so we are eager to help you with any concerns or questions, to make your vacation the best ever. The unit is equipped down to the last detail and professionally kept up by our staff. The 10th floor allows you to see the magnificent sunsets and best of all, thus unit is huge, 30% larger than the normal 2 bedroom because it's a 3 bedroom unit, with one room locked off for owners storage.

I was really impressed with this unit. I was one of the first people to rent it and whoever did the decorating did a fabulous job. Not only are the views spectacular but the terrace is truly lovely and you can see the sunsets uninterupted every eve. The daytime views of the water are wonderful also. The pools are spacious and maintaned very well. Not your typical condo pool. You're also a stones throw from the beach if you so desire.

The rooms are quite large and comfortably furnished. The master bedroom is on the ocean side which is a bonus plus right outside the door on the terrace is a spa.

I look forward to renting this unit again on my next visit to pv.

My husband, my parents and my daughter just returned home from staying a week at this property. We had an outstanding time! Everything claimed about the condo and resort is accurate. The owner and his representative who met us upon our arrival are charming and very easy to work with. The condo is extremely well maintained and we enjoyed having the pool and beach not be so crowded as some. On the other-hand, the condo is close to everything so we could actually meet the "real" people and see what life is like in PV! I highly recommend it! We loved it so much we have already booked another week for April 2009!

This was the best unit I've ever rented. The walk in closets (his and hers in master and one in 2nd br) are way more space than you could fill. The view from balcony and Master BR is fabulous. Sunsets every night. Music, TV's, books, games, and plenty of wine glasses! The extra space is wonderful.You really get a cool breeze and plenty of light. The kitchen is stocked. This place has it all. It's decorated nicely for a bonus. It was very clean. The pictures are only inaccurate because it's way better in person! I miss it so much.

The pictures are as good as the actual unit. You will be not be disappointment on arrival! Well decorated and a beautiful view. We found it had much more furniture and decorations then a typical condo. Overall a great place to stay in PV!
