Enjoy your private sandy beach on Pequawket pond with breathtaking mountain views and soak in the beauty of all the Fall colors. In the summer the pond is crystal clear for swimming, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. A canoe is provided as well as a dock. A large screen porch overlooks your private beach. For those chilly nights there is a wood stove for your enjoyment. The chalet has been recently been updated with all the comforts of home. Bed linens, towels, washer & dryer, microwave, coffee pot, pans and kitchenware, 2 TVs, DVD/CD player, cable and wireless Internet are all provided for your convenience. There are 4 golf courses, summer theater, outlet shops, and numerous restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Ski season is almost here, we are 10 min from Mt. Cranmore for skiing and tubing. We are 15 min to Attitash, 20 to Black Mountain, 25 to Wildcat, and 45 min from Sunday River and Bretton Woods. There are also several ski mobile rentals and trails in the area.
