Staying at this house reminded me of my childhood summers in Puerto Rico at my grandmother's house. It's a well appointed home just steps from the beach. Very clean and taken care of property. The owners do all their landscaping and is quite lovely. They a lemon tree, breadfruit tree, and even a banana tree. Nicely secluded. Shack's beach is the best. Never full of people and there were times I had that beach all to myself. Awesome snorkeling. Short drive to supermarkets. 5 mins from Aguadilla Airport. Hop, skip and a jump to Jobo's beach.
Only thing was that electricity would periodically go out. It wasn't a big deal because it came back within a couple of hours and you can hang out on the beach while you wait. My biggest complaint is that since this seems to be a regular nusiance there should be flashlights and/or lanterns available in case it doesn't come back before dark.

I am sorry about the electricity issue, it does not happen often. Unfortunately the are some things that we cannot control. If the electric company is doing maintenance in the area it will happen. Like you said it never goes for more than couple of hours when rarely occurs. We do have candles available if the need arises. We hope you visit us again. Thank you.
