This LUXURY HOME is a newly built, fully furnished home located on the shores of Lake Michigan. An elegant home with a stunning array of windows filling this home with light and the views of the Lake are spectacular from almost every room. 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, loft area for kids, raised ceilings with mainly wood flooring and some carpet. A sandy beach is located directly behind Sunset Haven. Stairs accessed in the neighbors yard/shared with 2 homes. There are just over 100 stairs. Includes a hot tub, a 8' X 12' plunge pool (3 1/2' deep), wrap around deck and rec room with 36 inch TV/VCR/DVD in basement for kids. Sleeps 11-13 comfortably. This home has exquisite furnishings. Located in between S. Haven and St. Joe, Summer attractions, including: 'Blueberry Fest', 'Harbor Fest', 'Venetian Fest', Dragon Boat races, Fish Boils, Winery's, Farm Markets, Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Biking, Hiking, Dune Rides, Boating, Jet Skiing, Maritime Museum/ Tall Ship in S. After vacationing with large groups of family in the Outer Banks of NC, we looked for a similar luxury house in the midwest. This house has the beach access, pool and hot tub we were looking for in a gorgeous wooded area. What a treat! The house was very clean and the views were priceless. However, we would not recommend this house for families with children under 4 years old or for families with more than 1 elderly family member. There are open steps everywhere you turn. Also, window blinds in the second floor bedrooms would be nice in the summer to allow for sleeping past sunrise.
