Newly remodeled beach front ground floor unit with unobstructed view of the dunes and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The private access to the beach from the unit is rather easy paces away. Saida complex is the Island primer resort that has it all. It features man gated 24 hrs. security, 3 pools, poolwith hot tubs jacuzzi's, a waterbar, 4 tennis courts and activities shop. The unit is very nicely decorated with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sofa sleeper. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the smaller bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed. They accommodate 6 comfortably. The bathrooms and kitchen have granite counter tops. The kitchen has new appliances and fully-equipped for cooking and serving. It is open to the dining and living area giving a feeling of spaciousness. Three TV with DVD & VCR have cable & HBO. Ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms create a gentle breeze. Free telephone call within USA. Air condition laundry room only steps away. No pets/non-smoking unit

  • Peak season rates: $275/night; $1675/week. Off season rates:$175/night; $1050/week.
  • A $350 refundable reservation/security deposit is needed to make reservation and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit for damages/missing items. All charges must clear 7 days before arrival date. We accepts payments in form credit card thru PayPal, travelers check or personal check. Please make check out to Inland Investments. Cancellations made only prior to the 30 days (60 days for monthly rentals) scheduled arrival date will have their deposit refunded less $75 administrative fee. Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge. No refunds are given on shortened stays. Maximum occupancy is no more than six individuals, including children. Rates may change. Please contact owner.

The porch has a nice spacious grassy front yard with a view towards one of three pools. New kitchen stove and refrigerator (with ice maker & filter water), microwave, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking & serving ware, linen & towels, etc. 3 TV w/ cable, HBO, DVD, VCR. Three pools with jacuzzis, a snack bar & side bar, poolside palapas, 4 tennis courts, man gated w/24 hours security, Free telephone calls within the USA. Air condition laundry room which is seven steps outside door has new washers/dryers. Schlitterbahn water park and many great shops and restaurants are only a short distances. Mexico is 40 minutes away.

We stayed a week in this condo and we had a wunderfull time. We have two small kids, 2 and 4. For them it was super. On the ground floor, so the could play outside on the grass, without having to go down the stairs. The condo it self is very nicely decorated, with a touch of marine life. The condo was very complete, everything we needed was there and more.
Going outside of the condo it is 100ft walk to the pools which are all fenced. And 500ft to the beach. The best location you can have!!!!

Our experience was really excellent!!

WOW! Beach, yard, elegant condo

This is an incredible condo. The location is perfect. It is so close to the beach, easy access to 2 pools, the laundry facilities and the trash bins. The decor is elegant but with personal touches and very comfortable. It is one of the best places that we have been to and can't wait to go back next year. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need just bring the food and spices! The condo was extremely clean and for being on the ground floor not a single ant or bug (and for the Valley that is really incredible.) Love the back door to walk to the beach and sit on chairs in the grass. It was like having a beautiful yard and the beach as our backdrop.

This condo gives you a beautiful view from almost any room. It is exactly the way it is described and the proximity to the beach was just great. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great Condo

The condo was very clean and new. In a great location on the beach. I liked being on the ground floor so you can just walk out your back door to the pool or the beach. I would definitely stay there again or recommend to family or friends.
