2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, & a sofs sleeper--accommodates 6 comfortably

Newly remodeled beach front ground floor unit with unobstructed view of the dunes and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The private access to the beach from the unit is rather easy paces away. Saida complex is the Island primer resort that has it all. It features man gated 24 hrs. security, 3 pools, poolwith hot tubs jacuzzi's, a waterbar, 4 tennis courts and activities shop. The unit is very nicely decorated with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sofa sleeper. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the smaller bedroom has a queen size Murphy bed. They accommodate 6 comfortably. The bathrooms and kitchen have granite counter tops. The kitchen has new appliances and fully-equipped for cooking and serving. It is open to the dining and living area giving a feeling of spaciousness. Three TV with DVD & VCR have cable & HBO. Ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms create a gentle breeze. Free telephone call within USA. Air condition laundry room only steps away. No pets/non-smoking unit

All charges must clear 7 days before arrival date. We accepts payments in form credit card thru PayPal, travelers check or personal check. Please make check out to Inland Investments. Cancellations made only prior to the 30 days (60 days for monthly rentals) scheduled arrival date will have their deposit refunded less $75 administrative fee. Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge. No refunds are given on shortened stays. Maximum occupancy is no more than six individuals, including children. Rates may change. Air condition laundry room which is seven steps outside door has new washers/dryers. Schlitterbahn water park and many great shops and restaurants are only a short distances. Mexico is 40 minutes away.

Bikefest Weekend.

We stayed in Saida 105 for the first time in all the years we have come to the Island for Bikefest weekend. It was beautifully decorated, clean and the location was awesome as we wanted a quiet , restful weekend. I loved the pool and the beach being easy access and the owners were very helpful and accomodating during the rental process. Yes, we will definitely be back and look forward to it.

Saida 105 is the perfect unit for a small family. The ground floor location makes for ease of loading and unloading, but you don't lose any of the fabulous gulf view! This condo has the ideal balance of being nice and clean, yet, casual enough that your kids can be kids. I willr eturn again next Summer.

Perfect home away from home trip!!

Our family had the best vacation in this condo! It was the perfect distance from the pool, beach, and laundry area. We never had to go far for anything and weren't worried if we forgot to take something to the pool or beach since we were so close to it all. The kids loved the little lawn area just outside the condo. It was perfect for playing while we did a little cooking or just relaxing on the porch. A very sweet, accomodating couple owns the condo and takes great care of it. We are definitely looking forward to a trip back very soon!!
Owner's Response: We enjoyed have them and they took excellent care of our condo which has all the conveniences for families with children. The condo which is nicely decorated can accommodate a family of up to 6 comfortably. The kitchen has new appliancs and fully-equipped for cooking and serving.

AWESOME LOCATION!

This was a very nice and very clean unit. The location could not have been better! Three pools and beach were right out of the back door! The owners were very helpful too. I thought that it might be inconvenient not having washer/dryer in unit, but they are only steps away, next door. We had such a great time here that I did not even mind washing the dishes by hand. Thank you Blanca!
