Charming and Comfortable Home Away From Home

We stayed at this charming apartment for a few nights during a multi-week vacation. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit for us to use when we arrived. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to call our family in the United States from the apartment. The recommendations that Rachel provided for fresh produce and restaurants also increased our enjoyment of Victoria and she made us feel very welcome as visitors. Drove up to Chemainus to see the outdoor murals and we were very impressed; ate lunch at the Willow Street Cafe. We're looking forward to staying here again.

The rental property was very cozy for my wife and I. Places to eat and shop are all within walking distance, but you can easily get around Victoria using the city bus which stops right outside the front door of the rental. The city buses are very clean and people our nice, which made for a good experience. The only reason that I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is the fact that is does not have any type of air conditioning through the house. This might be the norm for most houses in Victoria. The key is to ensure the windows and doors are open. However they did provide two fans.

Great home away from home !

A very comfortable, clean, cozy little apartment with lots of character. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware, lots of lovely thick towels and bathrobes, the bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows. A perfect little get-away retreat. We arrived to fresh lilies and chocolate croissants on the table. Grocery and other shopping is just a short walk away. A lovely quiet neighbourhood at night. Just a short drive or bus ride to the beach or to downtown. I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

A much needed retreat

Le Petit Fleuri and was a much needed retreat for me. I felt right at home in Victoria, as if I was living there and not just visiting. All of the small touches make this apartment one of a kind--the specialty tea, the scones, the lovely bath products. And the owner, Madeleine, gives excellent recommendations on local restaurants and events.

Perfect Little Apartment!

Having never been to Victoria, we did not know what to expect, but this apartment was simply charming. It was comfortable, spacious, clean & had all the necessities. It is walking distance to Oak Bay - a lovely boutique neighborhood - they had a block party the 2nd night we were there where they had a full orchestra & swing dance lessons in the middle of the road!

The overall experince was wonderful - we loved the quiet area & were happy to be away from downtown. Would go back again!
