The top deck is outdoor carpeted for your comfort and sun bathing couldn't be easier on the extra large decking. Enjoy the convenience of direct beach access only one block away (200 yards). Outdoor enclosed shower for your return from a long day at the beach. Enjoy the jogging/walking sidewalks or take a bike ride through the neighborhood. A park style charcoal grill is conveniently located next to the drive for a relaxing outdoor OBX barbeque.
