Downstairs is a walkout basement with 2 large bedrooms, a mini suite with a half bath & a kitchenette & a den with TV, games & books for kids. Outside has a huge wrap-around deck & lower patio each with a gas grill, patio furniture, an enclosed shower, beach toys & fishing rods. The fully equipped cook's kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, DVD/VCR, Wi-Fi, fireplace, games & books are just a sampling of the amenities designed for your comfort.   • Summer 2010 already booking!! $100 pet fee per week for 1 pet. $50 each additional pet.
  • Summer Security Deposit- $400,
    We accept Credit cards through Paypal! Additional fee may apply.
    50% deposit required to hold reservation. Balance and deposits due 60 days before arrival.
  • CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week. In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less. If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract. *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money.
    REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued. We want happy tenants!

Notes: Fresh bed linens and plush bath towels are provided so you don't have to pack or rent them. Bring your dogs on vacation with you and save the cost of a kennel or pet sitter! After October 15th, the outdoor shower is shut down and most patio furniture/grills are not available. The kitchen stove has a grill attachment for indoor grilling.

Ponds: There are tons of great ponds to spend time swimming or fishing. Great for families with children since the water is warmer and calmer than the ocean.

Perfect Three night stay, loved it!

We stayed here three nights for our son’s wedding. The place was perfect! It is well maintained very clean. Everything we needed was there, fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of supplies. We loved the location easy access to beaches. We had absolutely no issues dealing with the owner, this is the first time I have ever rented a house and was very nervous on what might go wrong, Marilynn makes it very easy and was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.
Thank you for an excellent stay during this special moment in our lives!

We had a wonderful time. The home was so nice and well-maintained that it made the stay even more pleasant. We had all the amenities that we could have wanted in a vacation rental (or at home for that matter), including a working fireplace. We had a terrific time cooking in the open kitchen. The owner was great and very responsive to any question that we had. This was the first time that we rented through a website, and it was very successful. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Charming and cozy

This house was perfect for our group of 8. It was just as beautiful as it showed in the photos. The kitchen was really well supplied which was great because we love to cook. It was also so great not to have to worry about sheets and towels, and they were really nice quality. The house was spacious and comfortable which was great for the rainy days and on the sunny days we took lots of walks to the water or kayaked on the cove. The kids loved having their own den downstairs. The deck was huge and having 2 grills was so great for our large party. Great location. Quiet and safe and so close to the water. The owners really had supplied the house with everything we needed and then some. Thanks and we'll be back!
