Eastward look neighborhood. clean, modern and bright, nice yard, walk to playground, tennis, basketball and beach. 5 bedrooms, eat-in-kitchen, dining room, living room and TV room w/ twin pullout couch.Great family neighborhood. House has patio, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, gas grill, patio furniture for 12 people, parking, expanded cable, internet,3 TVs, DVD, radio, ceiling fans, mostly tile and hardwoods. Great area for family vacation w/ 3 state beaches, fishing, bumper boats, go-carts, batting cages, mini golf, ice cream just 3 or 4 minutes away. Great seafood, restaurants and shopping close by. 5 minutes to Block Island ferry, 25 minutes to Newport/Jamestown.

Me and my family loved it, it was big and felt very home like! Plenty of seating on the patio in a large back yard. My favorite part was the outside shower, did not use the inside shower once. Also having a washer/dryer was very convenient for my vacation. The beach was awesome, great waves and definatly walking distance! I'd definatley rent this place again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
