This beautiful villa is situated in the peaceful development of Four Corners, on Highway 27, Davenport, just two minutes from Interstate Four, and 10 minutes from the Disney area. The Four Corners country estate is one of the most scenic developments in the area.

Only a short distance from the Disney area and top PGA golf courses (Champions Gate home of David Ledbetter is around the corner!), shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and other attractions. Games room complete with pool table, foosball and air hockey. The new Posner development is within a couple of miles. This offers shopping and restaurants.

Tastefully furnished, very clean, great facilities, well equipped villa. Free wireless hi-speed Internet, south facing pool with plenty of patio furniture.

Ipod dock + Wii Sports package, PS3 (bring & use your own games from UK & US). Also Digital TV with Fox Soccer Channel giving access to UK football, Cable TV in all beds

Testimonials: We have stayed in the edenwood villa the last two years......have

enjoyed being away from all the tourist attractions but close enough to be

there anytime we desire without much driving time. The home is

lovely.....neighborhood is quiet.....enjoy sitting out in the lanai

A great place to unwind after a day of queues and rollercoasters, the villa has every feature you could need. Very clean and tidy with a good layout and shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive, I'll certainly come back!

Our villa is situated on the delightful Four Corners development. Peaceful location but very close to all major Disney and Orlando attractions. Busch Gardens near Tampa is an hour away as is the beautiful beach area of Cocoa Beach. There are 30+ golf courses within 40 minutes drive, the nearest is less than a mile away! You can choose to self cater as there are many shops and supermarkets nearby. Alternatively, there are many restaurants and takeaways in close proximity. Relax by the pool after a long day in the theme parks, it's heaven.

Fantastic Place

After a week staying on a Disney resort this beautiful villa was the welcome relaxing break our party of 6 needed. With easy access to parks, coast and local amenites the villa is situated in a tranquil and safe neighbourhood.

The villa was completely delightful, well furnished and maintained, extremely spacious and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. The games room and pool area also provided hours of entertainment for the kids too.

It was our first visit to America and it was a truly amazing experience. We went with the concept that it would probably be a once in a life time holiday but this theory soon changed. We will at some point revisit Florida and when we do we will without doubt definitely use this villa again.

We would and have already done so, recommend this villa to family and friends. It was thoroughly charming.

This home was perfect for we Canadians who needed to get away from the snow and cold winter. The size, location,community, great neighbors, close to shopping,restaurants, and all the attractions. It was a pleasure dealing with David, the owner, online and the home is exactly what is advertised. With 4 bedrooms and three baths we had lots of room for everyone. There are TV's in all rooms and the PVR in the LR Lets you record programs when you are out. We found the home well equipped for the most part with average quality appliances and utensils. We did have to contact the site management on occasion and they looked after our concerns. A pool table, air hockey, foosball table and video games in the garage helped keep us busy at night You do need a car to get around but that said the roads and signs are perfect. There are several great golf courses nearby which can be booked at good prices online.
Walmart sells all the attraction tickets and all the souvenirs and off course, great discounts for seniors at the outlet malls on Tuesdays. Best off all was the heated pool which we enjoyed everyday with aquacise. Hope to come back next winter.

Just Amazing.

we were a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) and everyone had a blast. Very close to all the major attractions and about 40 minutes to the airport. We definitely recommend this to families or just a couple and we will definitely come back.

Please add more lightingin the pool.

Our holiday was truly outstanding. The villa was everything we had hoped it would be and more! We had a fabulous fortnight and a significant part of that came down to us being so comfortable in the villa. The location was perfect - quietly situated yet within easy, short travelling time to the theme parks. The villa was well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. Our girls loved the pool, the games room and their Disney themed bedroom! It was a very busy holiday and having somewhere so lovely to relax was just what we needed.

having stayed in a villa in orlando before we have never had such a lovely ,quiet area to stay at and the villa is quite simply the best place you could ever wish for ,a fabulous pool to relax in ,a great place to have as a base to enjoy all that florida has to offer,the four of us that stayed there were so impressed that we would recommend this villa to all the people who want to have the luxury that goes with a lovely holiday if u can stay here.
