The second bedroom features two full size beds, a ceiling fan, a chest of drawers and a 23' LCD TV. The third bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed, a ceiling fan, a chest of drawers and 17' LCD TV. They both share a full bathroom . The fourth bedroom features a queen size sofabed, a ceiling fan, a bar w/two stools ,a full bath with shower, direct patio access, a 26' Wall Mounted LCD TV and it can also convert easily into a family room. Utility Room contains full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board and a Computer Desk/Office area. The 20' x 20' game room contains a pool table, air hockey table, Foosball table, and 50' PLASMA HDTV Surround Sound System.

Accommodations: Our home has porcelain tile laid throughout the common areas, the kitchen and the bedrooms. All windows have window blinds and/or curtains for full privacy. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave and oven and also includes a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. A coffee maker, fondue maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and necessary utensils are provided. Service for ten is included as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cook books necessary to create your own gourmet meal. 200-channel Comcast Cable is provided in all bedrooms. Free local and long distance (U.S. & Canada) is provided throughout the home.
Luxuries: Included with the home is the use of a wireless laptop and a wireless network card to provide Internet Access. If you need to conduct business, a color printer and fax machine are also available. Outside you will find plenty of seating around the 30' screened in pool, there is also an outdoor bar and TV for your enjoyment. Behind the pool is a large and lush tropical bamboo fenced in back yard. The 20' x 20' game room with 6 home theater seats and ceiling fan contains a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and 200-channel Comcast Digital Cable with On-Demand and a DVR. We have HBO, Showtime, etc., as well as 20 channels in High Definition connected to a 50' PLASMA HDTV with 5.1 surround sound. You can also connect you IPOD to the system and listen to your personal music.
Amenities: Cable/Satellite TV (6): High Definition Comcast Digital Cable with On-Demand in gameroom. Comcast Digital Cable in 4th Bedroom/Family Room. Comcast Standard Cable in three bedrooms and outside on patio. Video Library: Several DVD movies provided. 30' private pool screened in on large deck. Outdoor Features Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: w/side burner. Lanai is screened in w/ceiling fan. Communications Telephone (6): All bedrooms have a phone as well as the kitchen. Free Long Distance for U.S. and Canada calls. Wireless Laptop Provided. Broadband Internet and WiFi (Wireless Internet) provided. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25
Guest Book: Hollywood Hills truly felt like a home away from home. The home exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and each room was sizable and equipped with flat screen TVs. What luxury! The game/theatre room also provided us with many hours of entertainment. The pool and the surrounding pool area was very clean and enjoyable. The home was also complete with lovely daily china and every other kitchen item we needed, all necessary bath items, beach chairs, beach towels, sun tan lotion, etc. were also available. Gary and Angie were both very responsive from the beginning of my contact with them, during our stay and even after. Every need was met and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this home. I look forward to staying there again myself. 07/05/07 Lenore Stewart.
