Absolutely adorable Nantucket style summer house with farmer's front porch, cottage charm, sunny and airy floor plan, and custom cook's kitchen. The entire house was completely renovated in 2006 and combines the feel of yesteryear with luxurious amenities such as central air-conditioning and flat screen TVs. The best location on the island - walk everywhere from this house. The beach is only a few blocks away and the center of town is less than a ten minute stroll. Something Natural, the best sandwich shop on the island is right around the corner. You will know you are on vacation on Nantucket.

I grew up spending summers on Nantucket and it is absolutely my favorite place in the world :)

Why Andrew chose Cliff

I've always known that I wanted to own a summer house in the Cliff area. It's quiet and sweet and feels like summer. And it's such a short walk to both town and the beach. I never even use a car!

Situated just a few blocks from both Steps Beach (the prettiest and most photographed little beach on the island) and Jetties Beach. Walking distance to town, the marina, hundreds of fabulous restaurants, Something Natural sandwich shop, Tupancy Links conservation area (for wonderful strolls and hikes), and the Oldest House. Also, the Madaket and Dionis bike paths start just down the street for nice rides to other areas or Ram's Pasture a huge and beautiful hiking and biking conservation area with miles of pristine and unspoiled beaches.

Relaxing and Wonderful Vacation

We had a great time on our vacation at this beautiful house. We loved being able to walk to town and hardly ever used our car. The beach, which was just down the street, was picture perfect. The house was brand new and extremely clean. The rooms were all very well decorated. We especially liked the front porch and we spent most of the vacation sipping drinks on it. Cute picnic table in the back. And thank goodness for the air conditioning! We would definitely recommend this house to friends and it is perfect for families.

We spent a week. AC was fantastic. It was very hot and humid. House is fully renovated and in great shape and is truly furnished so comfortable w/kids. Location is excellent. 5 minutes to perfect beach w/kids (steps beach). 10 min walk to town. 2 min walk to best sandwich shop on island. it could not be better.

A totally renovated home with only 10 minutes walk to town and 10 minutes to a beach. A real cook's kitchen and a great barbeque grill -- who needs all those great restaurants in town??? Well...at least for those few nights you get tired going out for fabulous dinners. And the air conditioning is a real plus as it was HOT and HUMID during out visit. Nothing has been left out and all is decorated to high standards. A good house for families or couples -- anyone would feel lucky to have landed at Honeysuckle!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car
