Wonderful place
Everything positive about this property has already been offered in the comments on this website, or been recorded in a guest book that the owner has available at the unit. The reactions of his many guests are singularly positive and enthusiastic. Beautiful, quiet, centrally located, comfortable, are adjectives appearing frequently. The owner is most cooperative and informative in response to inquiries before a rental, and he follows through with quick and helpful answers to questions during the rental period. Not only did he help me identify the tilapia fish nesting along the pond edge below the lanai, but he was most helpful in his suggestions about retrieval strategies for a lost piece of luggage after our visit. The unit itself is fully stocked with all the essentials for living at the premises, and the sense is that the owner has thought of everything that renters might need to have a completely positive experience. We had a great time! I would only add that Wild Pines has its own wonderful, private, outdoor pool facility, complete with hot tub, that might be missed if you do not search a bit for its location.
