Hello Maui lovers..our Punahoa Beach condo is a rare dream come true! Our beachfront penthouse is directly on the beach with awesome ocean views! We are located in desirable South Kihei with its sandy beaches and close proximity to all the restaurants and shops. Unlike similar and close-by properties .. the Royal Mauian.. Mana Kai.. Kihei Surfside..this is a Maui dream penthouse unit with the most beautiful lanai you will ever see!! It's huge with a 360 degree view! Enjoy your cocktails and dinner from the lanai while watching a tropical Maui sunset! Listen to the waves on the beach below. Our condo is on the top floor. It is a luxuriously appointed, one bedroom penthouse with an absolutely direct oceanfront view! We have recently remodeled and we have installed central air conditioning. Many condo's in Maui only have ceiling fans, but we have A/C in every room!

The Punahoa Beach condominiums is a private, quiet 15 unit building with a full-time, on-site manager too! Our location is one of Maui's best! Punahoa Beach was voted the best place in Maui to view the sunset. We are on a quiet residential street, close to all of Kihei's best restaurants, markets, movie theaters and shopping! Beach lovers will be in heaven with easy access to all of the wonderful, famous Maui beaches! Why stay across the street from the beach when you can be right on it!! Watch the sea turtles swim by from your living room! And during whale season, a whale-watchers dream location come true!

We have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area both inside and outside, living room with a sofa bed and a large king-size bed in the bedroom. Beach gear including chairs, towels, and mats are provided. It has cable TV and free wireless internet access, but with the beach, the sunsets, and all the other activities available to you, you may not have time for either.

We offer our penthouse on VRBO at a special reduced rate to fill gaps in our schedule. This is a deep discount and a great deal! So check out our availability to see if matches your plans! We have many returning guests and can provide references upon request.

An Absolute Gem!

After considerable research we chose this condominium for our 25th anniversary, where we enjoyed three wonderful, relaxing weeks. The building is ideally located with breathtaking ocean views, close walk to the heart of Kihei and is exceptionally well managed. This unit is beautifully decorated, nicely appointed and we felt at home instantly. Brant is a very thoughtful owner, and goes above and beyond in ensuring his guests' comfort. Even with all of the many things to see and do on Maui, our most memorable days were those spent at "home", enjoying the postcard views or swimming at the quiet sandy beach in front of the building. Brant, thank you for providing us with a very positive rental experience, and for sharing your perfect island gem with us. We look forward to our next visit!
