Notes

  • October 12-19 $850.
  • We rent these units primarily through our rental share program. The rental share is 1 week per month for 12 months. The rate is $3300 total per year due in full at the signing of the lease (That equals $275per week!) In this instance you get 12 weeks in P-town for $3,300. The rentals are Fri to Fri. you choose from the available weeks (week 1, week 2, week 3 or week 4) this designated rental week will be the approximate 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th week of the month and will be your week for all 12 months of your lease. If available we will also rent by the week. Rates vary $750-1200 per week depending on the season.

    There is currently 1 rental share available for the 2012 -2013 season. Call or email today for additional information.

location, location, location

This place is located perfectly in Ptown, It's near the Stop and Shop, it's near some great places to eat. The unit itself is smartly appointed, the full size bath, wonderful.
the murphy bed, very comfortable. I'm hesitant to write, too good of a review, so this place will always be available for me to use. That's how good this place is.
the owner Patti, was welcoming, and available for any of our questions.

I'm writing this sitting in the unit and I cannot say enough about how perfect it is. I come to P'town often for work and need a place to be able to concentrate yet be close to everything - this is it! The size is just right not only for relaxing but also for working. I had a meeting with 6 people here and we were all comfortable and spaced out nice. The decor is clean and modern yet very homey. The bed is fall-into-a-deep-sleep comfy. The location could not be better. It is a block to Boatslip, a few more to Joe or Angel Foods new West End location. Its a short walk to Stop n Shop in one direction or the beach in another. You're at the intersection of Bradford and ShankPainter with pizza across the street. P'town Bikes is just up the road as is Mussel Beach if you want to work out. I will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it for a single or couple. And, the best, is Patti was very nice, accommodating, and she called to check to be sure everything was just right. It is :)! Thanks, Patti for sharing your home.

The unit is located right on Bradford just down the block from the Boatslip which makes it centrally located to everything in Ptown. The unit is as described and has everything you need. Patti is wonderful and very flexible and was able to accomodate some changes. This is a great deal for anyone that wants to spend time in Ptown.

Best Deal Hands Down

You really can't get a better deal than this property anywhere on the cape or even this close to the water & entertainment anywhere around.

Steps to Commercial Street where you find everything from shopping, Restaurants,Beaches,Whale Watching, Fishing Charters, Art Gallieries & The Monument is almost on the same street!

The studio is really perfect size for two. Comfortable bed, living area, TV/Internet, Kitchenette with a fridge/microwave & full size bath. There is a grill to cook on (stop&shop about 300 yards up the road to walk to) and a front porch area to hang out on and people watch! The parking spot alone is worth it here since if you've been to P-Town in the warmer months... good luck finding one or paying for one.

Over all is comfy, clean and effcient. The owners are great and very easy to work with. Great deal and if you have the chance to check it out jump on the oppurtunity.

Fabulous Ptown Stay!

This property is a fantastic spot just steps off of Commercial Street. It had everything we needed for a week in Ptown, a comfortable bed, a place to shower and a small kichenette to prepare a quick bite to eat. We especially enjoyed sipping on our coffee in the morning while sitting in the adirondack chairs on the deck. Although we didn't use it, there is a grill for use, which looked almost brand new.

We liked that the unit was located close to downtown, yet not on top of everything. Ptown has so many great places to dine, we took advantage of that almost every night, most within walking distance.

I would highly recommend this property for a stay in town.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
