This charming, free standing cape is located on the corner of Howland and Bradford Street in the East End, 1 block from the Cape Cod Bay. A short walk to town, the galleries and restaurants, this historic cape has wide plank floors, beautiful gardens and wonderful sea breezes. The first floor features living room, dining room, kitchen, bath and master bedroom with a full size four poster bed. The large upstairs sky-lit loft includes a second bedroom with a full bed and a cozy reading nook. This light filled home also enjoys a private patio, gas grill, two window a/c units and laundry on premises. There is parking for two cars in tandem.
