Located in the peaceful and exclusive gated community of Playacar, set amid lush tropical gardens with a stunning view of the famous Robert Von Hagge 18 hole Championship Golf Course. Great location: close to the beach and golf club but only minutes away from all the excitement of downtown Playa del Carmen. Within a 15 min walking distance you can enjoy the following activities: scuba diving, swimming, cycling, Maya ruins, bird watching, golfing, sailing and shopping, dining and SPA. The property is located right in front of the Reef Beach Club. You will have free access to The Reef Club from 9 to 6, including beach access, gym, lounge chairs, palapas and two swimming pools. In addition, receive a deep discount on the all-inclusive day pass (meals and drinks and non-motorized water sport).

Playa del Carmen is a short 45 minute drive from Cancun airport, in the heart of the Riviera Maya. The location of the condo is ideal: just a 5 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to the Golf Club and SPA and a 15 minute walk to the shopping and night life of the famous Quinta Avenida (5th Av.) We are located in the exclusive gated community of Playcar, right in front of the Reef Beach Club. After a day at the beach or exploring the many area attractions, you can return to your quiet home and enjoy total privacy. Enjoy a cool dip in the pool, take a nap or unwind with cocktails and conversation on your large terrace overlooking the golf course. In the evening, enjoy a ten-minute stroll past million-dollar homes, Maya ruins and the Xaman-Ha aviary to downtown and its exciting Quinta Avenida. Here you will discover many varied boutiques and shops, Internet cafes, nightclubs, inexpensive sidewalk restaurants and fantastic people watching.

  • Rates include all bills, bottled water and maid service 3x per week. Taxes are not included.
  • Last minute deals-15% discount!! If you reserve for any dates within the next two weeks, we will offer you an additional 15% discount on the quoted rates.
  • We require a 40%-50% deposit and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, except holiday season where the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
    Can can receive checks or money orders. We accept major Credit Cards with a 5% processing fee.
    For every rental we request a $350 fully refundable security deposit. It will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure.

In addition, you can have a deep discount on the all-inclusive day pass including all meals and drinks and non-motorized water sports from 9am to 6pm (approx. $40 for adults and $20 for kids). Next door to the complex you will find the Playacar Golf Club & Spa. This is a great area for jogging, swimming or cycling. We have two bicycles you can use to move around. Try a run around the golf course early in the morning.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were a little bit far from town for our group but taxis were readily available. Everyone was very nice and very accommodating. The condo was perfect for our bunch.
