This is a very charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Las Vegas just 10 minuets from the strip, 2 miles from Las Vegas Blvd., 3 miles from the South Point Casino, 4.5 miles from the McCarran Car Rental Center and 6 miles from the airport. The home is equipped with high speed Internet service including WIFI, Direct TV, Play Station 2, a private hot tub, covered patio with shades, a gas BBQ, conditioned water and RO for good drinking water. We also provide a local activities guide, local dining guide, local maps, discount coupons for local dining, adult games and children games. Plus, coffee and all the condiments, a George Forman Grill, refrigerator with ice cube and water dispenser, washer & dryer along with soap and softeners. The home is handicapped friendly with ramps and support bars but not handicap compliant. We have truly tried to think of all your enjoyment needs while on vacation or conducting business in Las Vegas.

Mother's 80th Birthday/Family Reunion

We stayed in this beautiful house to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday and to have a family reunion. We traveled from Oregon, Alaska, South Carolina, and Idaho. What a wonderful surprise the home was! It is beautifully furnished, very clean, and has all the most modern conveniences. We appreciated the cupboards stocked with coffee, teas, sweeteners, and paper products. Richard thought of everything we could need! We also appreciated the directions to supermarkets and restaurants. The hot tub was a welcome relief to our weary feet after a day of walking around on the strip!

We will certainly check to see if this property is available for our next trip to Vegas.

Dear Richard (Terry) and Sandra, thank you both for providing such a fantastic holiday rental. We have been to Las Vegas 4 times, normally staying in a hotel on the strip, but because of the length of this trip and having our sons and my mother with us this time we opted for a villa rental - and we are really glad we did. Your house was much better than staying at even the highest rated hotel. The cleanliness, standard of furnishing and attention to detail on all aspects far outstripped any hotel stay.

Booking private accommodation on the internet, and travelling halfway round the world to get to it, you are always apprehensive, however the minute Sandra opened the door to welcome us and we stepped into the beautiful front lounge, we knew we were onto a winner. The location is fantastic, a short drive up Pebble Road and you are on Las Vegas Boulevard. After a day/evening spent on the hectic strip it was so wonderful to come back to the peace and serenity of the house and slip into the hot tub for a soak and reflection on the day!!. Because the house was so beautiful we ended up spending more time in it than we had expected, it was just so lovely.

We would recommend your house, and dealing with yourselves as owners, to anyone in the world. You made a special holiday even more fantastic than we anticipated. Best wishes to you both and hopefully we will see you again some time in the future. Nan and Gordon Middleton.

Excellent play to stay

The house is great. Has everyhing you need at a fair price. Everything is really clean and in excellent shape. Not a single hotel can beat it in Las Vegas. You are about 10 minutes from downtown Las Vegas in a nice and secured neighbourhood. Shopping and dinning is only 2 minutes from home. Customer service is awsome. I would recommend the house to anyone.

Fantastic Vegas Vacation

Wow what a great vacation we have just spent in Vegas! We really enjoyed our stay in this house - it had everything we needed and more. The house is ideally situated in a very nice neighbourhood and is a great place from which to get to the strip, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. We all loved the hot tub and our boys enjoyed the playstation. Thank you Richard and Sandra for everything and we hope to be able to return sometime.

The Perfect Vacation Rental Property

The property was Excellent !! very clean & relaxing. After a day on the strip I took a short drive to a beautiful home in a quiet community. Richard & Sandra are very warm & friendly people making this experience a pleasure. This is the property rent.
