Beautiful Home in Great Area of Las Vegas only Minutes from Henderson. This home has a unique floor plan that includes a glass office, and a 30 Foot ceiling and a loft recreation room that offers a beautiful regulation pool table. Master Suite offers private access to a covered patio that offers a workout station, and lounge chairs that are steps away from a lagoon style spa and jacuzzi. There is a 42 inch flat screen w HD downstairs. And Flat Screen TVs in the upper Bedrooms. All have queen beds, one bedroom which can be made two twins or a king as needed. 2 Full baths upstairs for three Bedrooms and a private Master Bath with Separate Shower.

Excellent Location: Property is conveniently located near Super Walmart, Target, Nordstrom Rack and Marshalls. Major Malls are only 15 minutes away. Lake Mead Rec area is a 20 minute drive and home is close to many great golf courses including--Legacy, Revere @Anthem, Rio Secco and Southern Highlands, Red Rock, TPC and Angel Park are 25 minutes away. And last but not least only 4 miles from Mandalay Bay.

I booked the house for a month to stay in with 3 other guys during the WSOP. The house was great, fantastic location, pool is awesome and Taylor was very accomodating. Deposit received without any problems. Highly recommended.

Four of us stayed in the house for 10 days. We had a blast. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Taylor was really helpful and couldn't have been nicer! The spa was relaxing, the beds comfortable. The house was clean, very spacious and easy to get to and not far from the strip. We enjoyed our Vegas experience and also enjoyed the peace of being away from the strip when the day was done! I would highly recommend this house for anyone going to Vegas!

We traveled with 8 adults and a small pet. The property was comfortable and clean. The spa was nice. The owner did not take a credit card so we had to pay the full amount plus the deposit. Which wasn't a problem until it was time to get our deposit back. It took him over a month from our check out date to return our deposit. It was to be no later than 10 days as per his rental agreement. Also a part of our deposit was held for additional cleaning fee for stains on white carpet that we didn't cause. Also we had to do some of the cleaning as per his instructions that were left in the house. So the cleaning fee should have been less. They were not given nor told to us prior to the rental. Overall our trip itself was fun.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing
Owner's Response: The cleaning they did was not required there was no return address on the agreement and no phone number provided as all the comunication was last minute and via email. So the delay was not all our fault.

As for the pet, no one else stayed there with a pet prior to this group, something soiled the carpet and thats why a portion was withheld for cleaning. Pulling bedding is requested and not exactly cleaning. Leave your pooch at home if you dont want to be responsible for it!

We just stayed in this home for a week and really enjoyed it !! We had 7 adults and house was more than ample. The Spa lagoon is wonderful !! The house was clean, beds all comfy and clean and property is very fairly represented as presented in the write up. There were a couple of minor repairs needed and I have reported these to the owner. Main living areas of house could use a fresh coat of paint, but floors and bathrooms were very clean. Neighborhood was quiet - side street runs behind the back yard with minimal traffic noise. Pool table is in great shape and room is big enough to play. Close to the highway with easy on and off for convenient comute to all attractions. Key entry information wasn't given until the day of arrival which was a little nerve wracking - but understand why the owner does this to keep house secure !! Overall we had a GREAT experience at this house !!
Recommended for:  Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Sightseeing, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway
