Mismaloya is just a 15 minute drive from the 'Romantic Zone' restaurants, art walks, galleries and clubs.

This Condo is located in the beautiful 'Mismaloya' area. The great location allows you easy access to downtown PV without the noise and parking problems of actually being in town. The condo has great views and an exceptionally large terrace.. complete with 'dipping pool', built-in grill, water fountain, outdoor dining table and deck chairs.....a great place to relax and unwind. The Botanical Gardens, horseback riding, beach, restaurants and eco-jungle tours are all within a few minutes of the condo and Mismaloya itself is a great spot... the 'Night of the Iguana' was filmed here and the south end of Puerta Vallarta has the best views out to the Pacific. Both a taxi stand and the 'green' bus stand are close by. This condo also has its own private direct-access garage that is only two steps up to the back door ....a great convenience in Puerto Vallarta.

A month later and I am still daydreaming about the sounds of the surf and the amazing views. Kent I want to thank you again for the amazing week I spent at the condo. It was the re-energizing vacation spot that you communicated both in pictures and in your emails with me.
The condo is better than I could have hoped for -- new, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, nestled on a hillside away from the action of Puerto Vallarta but close enough to anything you might want to do. I did not feel like I was in a tourist environment but tropical version of my home.
An added bonus, Kent was as accommodating and responsive as one could wish for. We hope we can return soon and for more than a week.

Great View and Excellent Location

My wife and I had just a great time during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. We had great weather and there was so much to do. But without your wonderful apartment I doubt our experience would have been nearly as satisfying. For starters the view is spectacular and your have great neighbors who were so helpful with suggestions on things to do and were just nice folks. The apartment was all we could ask for and it’s location is great, close enough to get to all the activities and yet far enough away to provide the seclusion we wanted. You have a really great place and we plan to come back.

Superb Get-away

What a wonderful retreat! My college-age daughter and I were in awe at the beautiful view as we sipped our Margharitas on the terrace overlooking the ocean. This condo is tastefully furnished with every superior amenity one could ask for. Having our own "dipping" pool was a plus! Its' open-air feeling is such a treat when coming from a busy city!
Every intention of returning!
