  • Rates starting at $329/night for 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite in Brand New 5 Diamond Resort Hotel.
  • If you are thinking of buying Real Estate in Florida and want to look at homes while you are here. I would love to show you around. I grew up here and have been in the Tampa Bay area since 1967. I'm a Realtor with Town Chase Properties and specialize in Clearwater Beach and NW Tampa. If you end up buying Fl. Real Estate for over $400k + through me. I will reimburse you for your stay. Up to $3000 at closing of escrow. Also, let me know if you are interested in buying at the Sandpearl Resort, Sandpearl Residences, Mandalay Beach Club or Belle Harbor and I can show you around while you are down here on vacation.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation if booking more than 60 days in advance otherwise you must pay in full at time of reservation. We must receive payment by credit card for the deposit the day of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved.
    The balance of the rental payment is due 60 days prior to check-in. If booking within 60 days from arrival the entire amount is due at time of reservation. The booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited for non payment.

Room is perfect, resort is beautiful! Kids were in love with the soaker tub - we were in love with the view. We really enjoyed Clearwater beach and couldn't be happier about our stay here. Also well maintained and great customer service.

Palm Pavillion and Tate Island Grill (at resort) are our favourite restaurants in the area - can't beat them on a sunny day.

Great fun at the Pier in the evenings.

Looking forward to our next stay here!

Wonderful Suite!!

We stayed in this suite with our 2 young boys ( 3 and 5) and it was perfect!! Very clean, spacious and the overall resort was beautiful. The boys loved the pool and beach especially looking for shells. The Pier area was a lot of fun for them as well, same with the aquariam. We hope to visit again in the future.

Sandpearl was a wonderful experience!

My husband, kids and I spent the weekend at the Sandpearl before our Disney Trip. We needed some time to decompress and rest up, and the suite at the Sandpearl provided just that. A gorgeous suite, spotless, and very comfortable. The beach was perfect. The vibe at the hotel was upscale without being stuffy. We will definitely rent again!!!!!

Everything we could have ever dreamed for in a romantic getaway was more than fulfilled at the Sandpearl. I not only recommend the resort, but insist that everyone stay there at least once. I can assure that you not go home left unsatisified. Maybe in the sense that you have to leave to return home, but that would be the only reason. : ) Everyone at the Sandpearl is more than kind, and generous, accommodating, and truly welcoming. And the rooms are BEAUTIFUL!! The beds are comfortable. The style of the rooms and the decor is remarkable. And I can assure no matter what floor, what room you get, you will have a breathtaking view either way!! I thank all of the staff at the Sandpearl that helped to make our stay so warm. I can assure you we will return again in the future!! I hope everyone that chooses to stay at the Sandpearl has just as amazing experience as my husband and I did. Sandpearl has truly set the standard : )

this was a perfect suite for us. the location of the hotel could not have been better...on the beach....near shops....
and everything else .... nightlife if required.
the suite itself was lovely and the owner had everything
provided for adults and children alike.
would definitely return again
