Welcome to the Captain's Quarters at the Windamar House in beautiful Provincetown, Massachusetts! This custom two bedroom, two bathroom condo was completely renovated in 2006 and is being refreshed for the 2009 season.. Enjoy this luxurious bay view condo in Provincetown's East End. Everything you could want for a week (or longer!) is here..... spacious and sunny living and dining areas, a private bay-view brick patio, a gas fireplace, a custom kitchen with stainless appliances and honed granite countertops, (2) custom tiled bathrooms, each off a spacious bedroom are here for you to relax and enjoy. There are also two assigned parking spaces for this unit. i have designed this unit with A/C as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.

The East End of Commercial Street in Provincetown where the Windamar House is located is a peaceful residential area. You are a short walk from many amazing art galleries and fabulous restaurants as well as the Town Center. The view of the bay is visible out most windows on the living level as well as from the master suite and the peaceful sound of the bay can be heard when the windows are open. From late June through October, the clear skies, breathtaking sunsets, and all around natural beauty are simply not to be missed. P-town is a great place to get away and read a book, or enjoy all the sights and sounds the Cape offers.

Captain's Quarters at Windamar House, Provincetown

The "Captain's Quarters" was everything you could ask for in accommodations away from home. The condo is gorgeous and comfortable, and in a lovely, quiet part of town. If I lived in P-Town, I'd want to live here! The owner was very easy to work with, and I would definitely stay here again. If there's a better place in P-Town, I'd have to see it to believe it.

New Year's Eve in Ptown

We had a fantastic stay in ptown for new year's eve! In part, due to the pleasant weather and this condo was fantastic. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The lay out of the condo provided privacy when needed, as well as open space to gather. I wouldn't hestitate to rent this space again. I don't know the owner, but he was very nice to deal with.

The condo was really clean and in good condition. We did have an unfortunate problem when we first arrived in the dark but the owner was excellent in getting someone there to help us get in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The other people living in different units were very quiet. All things were there as promised in the listing.

I would recommend this property to my friends.
Owner's Response: thanks for the comments. i'm glad you had a great stay, and apprecaite your comments. i apologize for the problem, it was the only time that has ever happened! i was out of town, and the key had been mistakenly locked in the condo ( not in its proper location), so after a few phone calls ( it was late at night) i did get these renters in safe and sound. we now have a plan in place to keep this from ever happening again. i'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and would be happy to have you back!
