Relax in our stunning,south facing four-bedroom, two-bath villa with its own private, swimming pool which over looks a lake. The interior has been repainted and refurnished to a high standard which includes an air conditioned games room. It is located in the popular Eagle Pointe district of Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida. Ideal for two families to share.

The games area is equipped with a Play Station 2 + games, pool table, air Hockey, foosball table.

Disney World is approximately a ten minute drive away, with shops and restaurants minutes away, the local supermarket (Walmart) is within a five-minute drive. Other attractions include Universal Studio and Sea World which are approximately a 15-minute drive away.

The home is fully air conditioned, with added ceiling fans in the living areas and all bedrooms for your comfort and it comes equipped with everything you would need.

The pool is 24' x 13' and can be heated, if required. The covered lanai area has an outdoor fan and light, with five deluxe sun loungers and a large table with four chairs.

The villa is maintained by a local, professional team who ensures the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning, lawn care, pool care, pest control, and maintenance is a very high priority for us and our team make sure this is carried out to highest standards.

About The Owner

We are a UK family, who bought this villa after an extensive search for the perfect holiday villa with the views, sunshine and villa layout. Our villa is used by all our family so everything is looked after and bought to make it the perfect holiday villa.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2008
Why The Owner chose Eagle Pointe

After looking at about 90 villas, I chose our villa for it's south facing location on a lake with

close vicinity to Disney, supermarkets and resturants.

What makes this villa unique

The pool being in the sunshine most of the day due to its direction and outlook onto a lake. We have also provided everything necessary in you have a baby ie pram, high chair, cot, and baby monitors. Also the games room is air conditioned which isn't the norm as most people just kit the room out without air conditioning.

Lovely House in quiet location but close to everything

My husband and I, and our 5 children, stayed at this property for 9 days in December 2012. Never having used VRBO previously I was quite nervous and hesitant, however, right from the start Jason was quick to allay any fears by answering all my questions honestly, quickly and in great depth.
On arrival the house we were very impressed, the house was very clean, and exactly as portrayed in the website photos, but much larger than we had envisaged. Everything that we could possibly require was at the house from novels and boardgames, to every kitchen utensil we could require. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our own space - all bedrooms had tvs which came in handy at bedtime for the little ones.
The house is located in a very quiet estate made up of what appeared to be a mix of holiday houses and local residents.
There is a walmart superstore literally 5 minutes with a further array of shops and restaurants being quite close. We drove to Disneyworld and Universal, all of which took approximately 20 minutes leaving at around 8.30am.
Being a larger family and looking to save dollars where possible we discovered the Golden Corral chain of buffet restaurants 10 minutes from the property where we all ate for $66 per night (all you can eat buffet) - whilst not 5 star restaurant quality the meal was certainly filling and nice way to get a huge serving of vegetables.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone; we were certainly more than happy and if we were every lucky enough to be planning another trip to Orlando would certainly be contacting Jason to ascertain availability..

Fabulous Home for family holidays

We stayed at this wonderful home for 7 nights and could not have asked for better. The home is very well equipped and is exactly as shown in the pictures. The lakeside location provided great views and amusement as we watched our many wildlife visitors. Our kids (18 & 14) made full use of the games room in the evenings and the pool was very welcome after a day at the theme parks. We were travelling to the Universal parks rather than Disney but this was not a problem from this location. The house was spotless for our arrival and I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending this property to others. Thank you Jason for all your help prior to our departure.

Very comfortable home in a terrific location!!

We just returned home from a wonderful vacation in Florida! This is the second year we have rented this home. Jason responds to emails very promptly and is very helpful with any questions you may have. We travel with our four children and we especially love the pool. The house is very comfortable and the location is great. I especially love watching the wildlife in and around the lake. The game room is an added bonus too. Thanks again Jason for the use of your wonderful villa!! We will be back!

Very comfortable and fully equipped property for either complete relaxation or base camp for going to the many theme parks in the area (most 20 or 30 minute drive away). The swimming pool is a treat, and in the sun most of the day. My youngest daughter loved watching the wildlife on the lake from the pool, where we all saw an alligator and a turtle to name just a few. The games room was great in the evenings after a long day out, and kitchen useful for cooking meals when we had enough of eating out (Walmart only short drive away). All in all a great property, providing a good standard of accommodation.

Perfect Family Vacation at Disney!

We vacationed in Jasons home this past August and it was definitely a Disney trip that we will cherish for years to come. We decided to take a home off property since we have family we would be visiting with and thought the extra room in the house would be great. Well, it was even better than we expected with all the comforts of home and more! My children aged 7 and 10 LOVED having the pool & gameroom that they could go in several times a day and the view of the lake and its inhabitants was always beautiful. We did see the crocodile and once ventured to the shore line and saw a bunch of swimming turtles. The game room was perfect for evenings and when we had family visiting. We really couldnt have asked for a better time. It was both relaxing and fun and the extra space is good for everyone involved. The multiple TV's allowed us to have our own time and the kids could watch at the same time in the bedrooms. We reccomend this home highly as opposed to a regular tiny Disney room that only has full size beds and no room to really relax. The one very small issue with the slider handle to the pool was handled both quickly and professionally by the management staff with no interference with our vacation. Jason was a wonderfully helpful and communicative host and we had our deposit returned to us promptly. I would HIGHLY reccommend this clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and conveniently located home for a vacation and will definitely be returning again in the future. Bravo, Jason!
