About this property

Lovely open concept, 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, can sleep 8. Home overlooks the marsh in a private gated community.

Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped for eating in or for those who want to venture out there are great local “dives” to fine dining restaurants in the area, Washer and dryer are available.

Home has a screened in porch where guests can view gorgeous sunsets. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms have a queen and twin bed each. All of the bedrooms have an attached bathroom and large flat screen TV. Bed and bath linens are included.

The living area has comfortable seating and another large flat screen TV.

The beach and community pool w/exercise facility are a 5 minute golf cart ride away. House has internet access and cable. A 6 passenger golf cart is available for guests to use and bike rentals are available in the area. Hunting State Park is 2 miles away where guests can enjoy swimming, hiking and area wildlife.

No smoking, no pets, home is fragrance fee. Fragrance free laundry soap and fabric softener will be provided.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. Perfect Sunrise/Sunset View!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! The house was just as described and fit our family perfectly. The sunrise/sunsets were breathtaking! We loved having the golf cart available for use and used it to enjoy the amenities of Harbor Island. The location was peaceful and relaxing for us (parents/grandparents), but between the pool, beach, bikes, and fishing - my kids loved it just as much. It was the perfect weekend getaway for our family before my kidney transplant next month. Hoping to come back soon!

Home away from Home

Absolutely beautiful! The home was perfect. Had all amenities we needed. We visit every year. Every year the rental would have multiple missing amenities! Not this one! We were so pleased! The golf cart was awesome! Seeing the island on a golf cart was fun. We got to experience the sights together! Normally we would ride bikes and that would leave the grandparents out of the sight seeing. It was all around a wonderful trip!

Family vacation

We had an amazing time. Great views. Beach was great just a golf cart ride away, sure glad we had it! Pool was great! House was very well equipped for family meals. Definitely a place we would visit again.

The house was lovely and well appointed. We had a problem with the sound on the TV missed the first presidential debate ( gosh darn :-). Called the property management and they resolved it the next day . Did find a few dust bunnies under the beds and some crumbs between the cushions but felt it was Sanitized well to prevent the spread of the COVID virus. Would certainly stay there again . Wish Harbor Island had more beach parking for the golf cart . All and all is was a wonderful trip , would stay in this lovely home again .

Yet Another Great Stay at Harbor Island!

We had a great time here as a sibling reunion! My sisters and our boyfriends/girlfriend had a great time here over Labor Day weekend! Perfect relaxing time that we’ve loved about Harbor island and fresh places for shrimp/seafood within a 5 minute drive! The extra large golf cart was a perfect accommodation for the <10 min golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans/trays and spices we needed! Loved the dishwasher and also the TVs in every bedroom! The only complaint was one of the upstairs shower heads was leaking. Other than that great trip and time spent relaxing!
