Disappointing

My first issue was that initially, the owners put that the unit had a washer and dryer, and before I sent the deposit, I emailed them to make sure because we were staying for two weeks. Her response was that there was not one in the unit, but on our floor. I was disappointed, but went ahead and booked it. Once we got there, I searched, but there was no washer dryer on our floor. It turns out, the washer and dryer wasn't even in our building. They lied to make the sale. Also, the area is way too crowded and parking is awful. The bathroom was old, dirty, and tiny. The view is also very disappointing.

Owner's Response: I am sorry that she was confused, there is a washer/dryer room for their use but not in the unit as she was thinking. It is a very busy location and there are many other units there, but it is one of the most requested locations in Myrtle Beach as it is in the "middle of it all". The view is exactly as shown in the picture. The bathrooms as well as the entire unit are cleaned and sanitized each week.
