Nice place for summer getaway

This is a very good value for the area. Although it could sleep 6, 4 (adults) is probably as high as you want to go due to size of other rooms and bathroom space. The AC is a wall mounted window unit in the living area. The lake breezes can be cooling at night, however. The boat dock is right outside the front door. Great for fishing and access to the Lake Erie Islands and surrounding areas.
There are a few steps up to the entrance door but is otherwise accessible for handicapped. All rooms on first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. and includes stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave. Linens and towels were plentiful and clean when we arrived. Extra bedding stored in closet for couch-bed and futon.
Located in a quiet condominium resort on Lake Erie with easy access to State Route 2. The owners were very easy to deal with and we received a full refund of our deposit a few days after our stay.
