Bitter vacations at the end

Everything perfect until we left the apartment... We were charged for a missing pool towel, a seat cover and a stained chair 9 days after I was asking the security deposit refund.
Do not return the apartment without accounting for the stuff inside in her presence... What a bad taste at end...
I definitely can not do a recommendation here...

Owner's Response: After 5 years of renting my unit, this was actually the first time that I had to charge a tenant for a missing or damaged items inside my apt from the security deposit. I have been very lucky and happy with the way my tenant's take a good care of my property and items.
Sorry for the inconvinience to this particular renter, but I have to make sure my property stays in an excellent condition for my next one comming.
