Large sun room and new patio. One bedroom with master bathroom on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms and full bathroom on the second floor. Washer and dryer in the basement. High speed DSL wireless broadband service provided. The livingroom and all the bedrooms have televsions with Cable TV. Regulation size bocce court on the property. Short two minute walk to a tidal salt pond and less than a 1 mile walk/drive to the beautiful Falmouth beaches on Vineyard sound. The town boat landing is less than a half mile away. Outstanding vacation area. A great Cape Cod vacation rental in an outstanding location. Perfect for shopping, boating, fishing, swimming, biking and walking.
