Renovated 3 BR home in the historical district of Beach Haven. There are 3 bedrooms (1qn, 4 singles, 1qn pullout), 1 3/4 Bath, 1 1/2 bath and an outdoor shower. There are 5 air conditioners (2 wall, 3 window), washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, utensils, glasses, plates, bowls, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, blender and iron/board. There are 2 TVs with cable, 1 DVD, 1 VCR and high speed Internet access (need to bring your own computer). Outdoors you'll find a front porch with wicker furniture and back yard with gas grill and patio set. Included are 6 beach badges. The house is located on the ocean side, only 2 blocks to the beach and Surflight Theater and 10 blocks to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. Off street parking for 2 cars. Just pack your bags, park your car and enjoy everything Beach Haven has to offer. No smoking or pets please.

Charming & Comfortable and Walk to Everything

My family and I just got back from a wonderful week's vacation. The house is comfortable and the pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are clean and cheerfully decorated. There are room air conditioners everywhere you could want them but we hardly needed to turn them on because the cross ventilation and ocean breezes kept the house cool. You can walk to everything and will hardly need to move your car. The owner was very pleasant and very informative and answered any questions I had. The shared backyard is very nice and is a pleasant place to eat dinner. The front porch is also very comfortable. There is one bedroom with twins downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. The living room downstairs is comfortable and there is an extra 'sitting room' upstairs that is almost like a second living room. We will definitely be back again!
