Architect designed & custom built 3,700 sq/ft new construction, with large open floor plan, central AC, two family rooms and plenty of bathrooms for one or two families. Large deck to watch the sunsets and perfect beach for young and old alike. Gourmet kitchen with professional appliances. Plus a fantastic screened porch, for lazy evenings, will make your Michigan vacation complete. Close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes and a short drive to quaint towns like Whitehall, Pentwater and Ludington. Great Golf courses close by such as Thoroughbred Golf Course. There are also several horse ranches nearby such as Rainbow Ranch and Thoroughbred which is complete with family fun Friday night rodeos, trail rides and BBQ's. Located in the private and secluded Little Point Sable Association community.

The Lakehouse is in a natural setting in a heavily wooded area accessed via 2 track dirt roads. The beach is pristine sugar sand with no public access so it's very quite. The house is part of a private association that includes a Playground, Nature Preserve with hiking trails and wishing well, Three Tennis Courts, Historical Stone Church with Seasonal Non-denominational Services. There is a boat ramp for Jet Ski's or very small boats 3 miles south. Silver lake sand dunes are also very close by.
