This home located in the Northwest area captures the dramatic view of the Sandia Mountains from the master bedroom, living room, dining area, and back patio. It is fully furnished and has approximately 1934 sq. ft. of living space. It has 3 bedrooms, a loft (game room), 2 1/2 baths, and a professionally landscaped back patio. It is close to everything: 10 minutes to Cottonwood Mall, restaurants, and shopping area, 15 minutes to Sandia Casino Resort, 20 minutes to Sandia Tramway, and 20 minutes to Downtown, Old Town, and to the Airport. This is a business traveler's haven as well as a family friendly home which offers privacy, comfort, and location with conveniences such as high speed Internet, cable TV, and a game room. The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, and a spacious bathroom connected to walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms feature queen size beds. Great home for a brief stay

My family very much enjoyed our ten-day stay in Angie's house on the outskirts of Albuquerque. It may have been a little far to drive to most of the tourist destinations we went to, but it was definitely worth it to have a nice, comfortable home to return to. Much better than a hotel--and certainly cheaper, since the 4 of us would have had to pay for 2 hotel rooms.

We enjoyed having a full-size kitchen to prepare most of our meals since some in my family have difficult diets. We found just about everything we needed there. The beds were comfortable and the house very pleasantly decorated. The views from the windows were gorgeous--it was so wonderful gazing at the mountains during the daytime and the city lights at nighttime.

It was nice that Angie provided a few DVDs we could watch, and some books and magazines we could read, as well as a game-table upstairs in the loft. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace.

There was a huge tub in the master bathroom and plenty of closet and dresser space.

Should we return to Albuquerque, we'll probably stay there again. Angie's house made our vacation much more pleasurable.

Good house

We stayed here for 6 days. The house was very clean and was well equipped with kitchen supplies and bath towels. Quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom has a good view over the Albuquerque night lights. The owner was organized and everything went smoothly. The property is on the west edge of town, so a car is necessary.

A wonderful base of operations for experiencing Albuquerque and the surrounding area.

I wanted to be able to have an extended stay in Albuquerque to spend time with my sisters, daughter, nephews, nieces, etc. and not impose on their hospitality as well as have a home base for expeditions to all of the wonderful National Monuments and National Parks in the area. This house, situated on the west mesa in a very quiet neighborhood, was perfect. As soon as I walked into it I felt at home. The home was exceptionally clean and conveniently furnished. The backyard was delightful with views of the mountains and the city lights at night. There is a beautiful walking trail in the neighborhood. I also noticed that it was several degrees cooler up on the west mesa compared to just down the hill nearing the valley. The owner provided a notebook of suggestions and maps for making a visit to Albuquerque and the surrounding area enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone who would enjoy a visit to Albuquerque.

Family gathering for our grandaughters wedding

Our family plans to attend our grandaughters wedding led us to this lovely home away from home. The description of the rooms,beds,linens,kitchen,and back patio were 110% accurate on every count. The early morning balloons against the backdrop of the Sandia Mountains were extra special, and not to mention the lights of the city at night. This home was especially clean. The owner was a very helpful person and actually sent back the deposit within a week of us leaving.
We would recommend this home to any of our friends and/or family,as we had a wonderful R & R at this abode.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
