This is a New modern STUDIO apartment in a Brand New building with Swimming Pool and Sauna in the great neighborhood of PALERMO. Close to beautiful parks, restaurants, shopping malls, and great transportation. The apartment gets plenty of Sunlight.

The apartment offers beautiful contemporary decoration. The kitchen is fully-equipped, has a microwave, coffee machine, and a toaster. The apartment is equipped with bed sheets, towels, and blankets for 3 people. It is perfectly suitable all year around. The bedroom area has a queen-size bed overlooking a park and a nice view of the city. In the living-room area there is a sofabed which you can use for additional 1 more guest.

Amenities like a big balcony overlooking a park and nice city-view has a coffee table and chairs.

WI-Fi Internet access , Air conditioning, TV, DVD, etc. as well as well as complimentary maid service once a week.

This was a very nice place, with a great location. However, even better, the owner and his associates were very helpful; they really made it quite an easy transaction.

One thing was frustrating, however: wi-fi was not actually available when I stayed. There was a wired connection, but I had brought only mobile devices, so it was a bit of a problem. You might want to verify what will be available with the owner before booking.

However, I can recommend it highly overall, since it's an excellent spot convenient to both Palermo and Recoleta.
