Enjoy the best of all worlds, the combination of gracious Southern hospitality, quiet tranquil beaches, and modern well-equipped living. Comfortable, modern, two-story single home overlooking protected marshlands and the Intracoastal Waterway. Three bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms. Bedrooms have 2 Queen size beds; one double bed; a twin and two sofa beds in the living room. Linens and towels provided. Complete kitchen with new cookware. Three decks two off the rear - one screened with roof for protection from sun and rain and a top deck that offers a panorama of the Intracoastal Waterway to watch the boats travel the waterway and experience the spectacular colors of the setting sun. Just one and a half block walk to the clean beach and the wonderfully clear and warm Atlantic Ocean, only 100 yards to Surf City Family playground, bicycle path in front of home.

Beautiful and tranquil Topsail Island is located in the North Carolina's Southern Outer Banks half way between Jacksonville and Camp Lejeune to the north and Wilmington to the south. The three island townships of Surf City, North Topsail Beach and Topsail Beach offer a warm clean family beach environment without the crowds of other beach areas. In the 1000 block of S. Topsail Drive the island is just two blocks wide so from our home to the beach is just a very short walk. Our Simple Gifts house is located in Surf City approximately 1.5 miles south from the swing bridge , 3/4 miles from the center of Surf City (stores, souvenir and gift shops, grocery, restaurants, public boat launch, and fishing pier); and just a half block from the Surf City Family Playground and a short drive to the Turtle Rescue Project.

Notes: The house is built on pilings with the living areas over the carport. The house has two decks and one screened porch beneath the top deck at the rear of the house. The screened porch has solid decking overhead to keep out direct sun and rain. The screen porch has a table and 6 chairs for eating or conversations. The top deck in the rear has a rocker and three armchairs. Front top deck has two tall captains chairs for viewing above the railing. New additions - 2 kayaks available for use in the marshlands and Intracoastal Waterway.
