This bright, cozy house is just steps away [7 houses] from a private, ocean beach on Nantucket Sound. It has a beautiful cathedral sun/TV room with a ceiling fan surrounded by windows to enjoy the summer breeze. The bright cheery kitchen and dining area offers comfortable seating for 6. A spacious grassy back yard from the sliding door is perfect for relaxing, playing or a cookout on the gas grill. An umbrella table w/ 6 chairs to sit and relax or play some games. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand and salt. Dennisport has something for just about everyone . It has beautiful beaches,16 on the ocean and 2 fresh water, golfing, biking, shopping, playground/recreation area, libraries, boat ramps, Museum of Art, playhouse/cinema, Museum of Natural History, restaurants and more. A short distance to Hyannis to take the ferry to Marthas Vineyard or charter a fishing trip.

come see the cape after summer: The Cape is beautiful and peaceful at the end of Summer into early Fall. A nice time to walk the beaches and hear the surf or just sit and read your book. The less crowded roads make exploring the National Sea Shore, or a ride to Chatham Light house [maybe see a seal while you are there ] or visit Provincetown an enjoyable outing. Everything was wonderful. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Location is perfect for beach-lovers of all ages. Of course we went to the beach, but also golfed, kayaked, and shopped. Many good restaurants for lunch or take-out. Loved everything, disliked nothing. Owner is extremely accommodating and provides great a great vacation experience.
