Contemporary barn style home with cathedral ceilings, skylights, two living rooms, two master suites and

4 guest bedrooms (3 zone AC). Trexdeck surrounding heated pool. Ideal for entertaining. Inside has large kitchen / dining area, double stone fireplace. Great room can seat 13 to watch movies! Another fireplace in MBR which also has an indoor jacuzzi. Outside you have a tennis court, hot tub, bocce court, basketball hoops, children's gym playset and trampoline. Outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, and outdoor shower. Surrounded by woods with trails for mountain biking. TV in 3 master suite bedrooms. Everything you could ever use including lobster pot, fireplace wood, all linens. Wireless internet access. Pet Friendly.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your home. We had a wonderful time. Your home was well organized and clean. It was easy to locate items in the kitchen, the linen closet etc.

I also want to thank you for making sure that the pool was cleaned. We all enjoyed it!

We definitely would like to rent your home again next year, if possible for a week.

Excellent summer vacation!

Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful home for our summer vacation!!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The kitchen and grill are BEAUTIFUL and were perfect for the numerous feasts we prepared. Every bedroom and bathroom was clean and neat. The house had a very cozy feel and pretty much felt like it was our own.

As for the amenities, the pool and hot tub were well-maintained, the tennis court was in great condition, and the trees surrounding the property offered us the utmost privacy. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

great group house

House owner easy to work with and professional. A complete pleasure to rent and spend the weekend at this terrific Hamptons estate. Plenty of room where it counts for a large group- bathrooms, refrigerators, parking, backyard, kitchen. House kept in nice shape. Great amenities for tons of outdoor fun. We could barely pry the men of the group off the bocce ball court. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend to others.

Perfect for bachlorette party

The house is fully stocked with all the necessities. We all felt that the house was cozy and warm, yet big enough for large crowds. The pool and hot tub were great with plenty of sun all day long. The BBQ was perfect to grill on. We even played a nice game of tennis. We can't wait to come back.
