Central A/C throughout. 5 Bedroom- all Queen, 3 Full Bath Raised Ranch in popular Eastward Look South area. Family oriented neighborhood. Additional Queen Sleeper sofa in large bedroom downstairs. Master w/private bath. Each floor has its own full bath. Full size washer & dryer. 2 full size refrigerators with ice makers. Ample room for multi-family enjoyment. Private yard with deck off upstairs dining room, and hot/cold outdoor shower. 5 car off -street parking. Flat screen TV's, WIFI. Nearby public walkway which connects to Angel Road-to Scarborough Beach (5-7 minute walk to beach). Central to shopping, entertainment, dining and water sports. We have Central A/C! : Fully furnished, tastefully decorated (no dorm room furniture). Central A/C throughout. Granite countertops and stainless sink with garbage disposal. In yard garbage pickup twice weekly July and August. The bathrooms are spotless, as is the rest of the home. See amenities list for full details of what is on site. We ask all our guests to enjoy and respect our home as much as we do.

Surrounding Area: Our home is set on a private corner with a open yard for your children to play in. Behind the property is undisturbed and is habitat for many species of birds. The area is relatively flat and great for biking and walking.

Clam shacks to 5 star dining and everything in between all within a very short drive. Shopping from tourist items to high end boutiques and entertainment are nearby also. You can relax or be busy every day. Visit Gallilee and see fishing boats coming and going, shop at fresh fish markets or buy lobsters right off the boat and have your own New England clam bake. Bumper cars, batting cages, in-line skating, and ice cream parlors will keep the kids happy. There is something for everyone in this beautiful coastal area.

We love vacationing in RI at this home.

The house is immaculate! The owner's are so accommodating. We have become good friends in the three years we have been renting their home. The neighborhood is very nice. We jog down to the beach each morning. The beach is fantastic. Great waves. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Can't wait to visit again in 2013. We have already reserved our week!

What a wonderful area and property!

The house was amazing. We rented it with a few couples and 3 children. We had more then enough room. The house is clean, the yard is wonderful, the beach is within walking distance, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Very close to grocery stores, etc. We had our wedding reception in the back yard under a tent and had such a blast. The owners were very helpful and were very fast to respond to questions. And when our Internet didn't work, they arrived within an hour to fix it. We will stay in this home again for sure.

A very beautiful cottage rental

The cottage was very nice with upgraded furniture and amenities.The owners were very kind,accomodating and gracious.A perfect location for family and children,big back yard with "bunnies" hopping around,gorgeous sunset off of the deck.Very close to all restaurants,"Iggy's",Spain,Carries etc.Shopping is a short distance away,lighthouses and so much more.I highly recommend this rental,well maintained,superb location and very nice owners! A++++

Fantastic Vacation!

My husband and I along with our 6 adult children and 3 young granddaughters had a wonderful time in this home. The open floor plan allowed us all to feel together even if one were in the kitchen, dining area or living room. There were plenty of showers, my husband loved the outdoor shower. The house is on a corner so cars going by were slow and the backyard was all wooded. We were within walking distance to the beach so the beach carts that were supplied were such a wonderful treat. We were near to wonderful restaurants, shops and ice cream stands! Lori, the owner kept us updated on things they were doing with the home for improvements and any area specials being offered (restaurants, activities etc.) I would recommend this home to anyone, young, old, with or without children. We are already planning our 2012 vacation! Thank you Lori for your kindness.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Clean and Updated

Clean, updated, bright and beautifully decorated, this house is amazing with all the comforts of home and more. The location is perfect - the beach was just a short walk away, and great restaurants and shopping a very short drive. Lori the owner, was gracious, accommodating, and very informative. With 5 bedrooms and an open floor plan, our party of 10 had plenty of space for privacy or for biig family gatherings around the kitchen table. Not only would I recommend this rental property to friends and strangers, I am planning on returning again next season with my family and friends!
