Summer vacation rental - Private Old Colony Beach, Old Lyme CT. 3 bedroom home, sleeps 6. Very spacious, full kitchen, one full bathroom, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, cable TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. Beautiful enclosed front porch and an enlarged deck off the back of the house. A two Minute walk to the beach. Great for families! Enjoy fishing, fun in the sun, and volleyball on the beach. Close to Essex Steam train, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Westbrook and Clinton Outlet stores, New London Ferry to Block Island, and Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino. One hour to Newport Rhode Island, Hartford CT, and New York City. Excellent Get Away!

My experience with this rental was a pure joy. The agent was prompt and professional, as well a pleasure to work with.
The rental was very close to a lovely beach and had all the amenities - and then some. Lots of elbow room!
The furniture was a little careworn, but certainly serviceable.
The neighborhood was quiet and filled with friendly locals.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We had a great time at the cottage. Short walk to beach. Everyone very friendly. Very spacious. The owner was very nice. Try the grille resturant Food was great.
