Custom southwest decor includes all conveniences of home living, full size appliances (stove, microwave, DW, W/D), telephone, high speed internet, cable TV and VCR/DVD player/recorder. One block to shopping (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants) and hospital; 1 mile to downtown restaurants, theater, symphony, and special events; 4 miles to UofA; golf at El Rio, Silverbell, or Starr Pass in 10 minutes; hike Tumamoc Hill across the street or walk/bicycle along the Santa Cruz River Park one mile away; especially convenient to Desert Museum, Old Tucson, Wildlife Museum, Kitt Peak, San Xavier, and Saguaro Park West; 5 minutes to I-10 for travel to Phoenix, Tubac, Nogales, Tombstone, Bisbee, and Kartchner Caverns.

We've stayed in this condo for a month for each of the last two years. It is clean, well-equipped,comfortable, and great for two people. It is in an ideal location on the west side of the city, minutes to downtown in one direction, and minutes to the desert in the other. The owner is a charming person who really wants to look after your needs. We strongly recommend this condo.

We spent the month of Feb at this property. It was as advertised. Very clean and very well equipped. It is within easy walking distance of grocery shopping and a Walgreens. Also only a mile from downtown. Connie, the owner, is very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay.
