''Cozy Condo on the Beach'' is a wonderful and immaculately-maintained beach condo with plenty of charm and location, location, location ... walk to 3 spectacular beaches just minutes away!!! No need to worry about packing the car, beach fees, parking, or traffic - just relax, pack a picnic and walk 50 yards to our beautiful and private association beach, ''Little Beach.'' Just an easy 5-minute beach stroll away from the shores of ''Little Beach'' is the historic Chatham Lighthouse, the very famous Lighthouse Beach and popular South Beach where you'll find great surf, superb fishing and seal-watching. The condo is bright and airy with a cathedral ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan and is casually and comfortably furnished with an open living/dining-room/island kitchen area. Come relax and have a memorable beach vacation at our ''home-away-from-home'' and enjoy all of Chatham's bounties - this is a fantastic location for a family vacation!!!

Kick back and enjoy a barbecue on our new back deck which has a water view, privacy fence, picnic table, BBQ-grill, flower boxes and patio chairs - it's our favorite spot for catching those magnificent Cape Cod sunsets!!!
You won't want to miss Chatham's Friday Night Band Concerts ''under the stars'' - great fun for both the ''young'' and ''young at heart;'' enjoy biking the newly completed Cape Cod Rail Trail which offers miles of bike-riding and beautiful scenery; taking a fun trip in the afternoon down to the Chatham Fish Pier to watch the fishing boats bring in the catch of the day; taking in one of the great Chatham A's baseball games; or going on a fun day-trip to Provincetown for an unforgettable whale watch!

Both bedrooms have brand new carpeting and air conditioning units.
