Transferrable ferry reservations in place for the weeks of July 7th and July 21st!

This home has all new furnishings, and has recently undergone full renovation of the interior and exterior, including recently completed kitchen and bathroom renovations! A very quiet and secluded location, but with great access to all that Edgartown has to offer! It is located mid way between South Beach, State Beach and Edgartown Village.

This first floor offers 1 bedroom with a Queen sized bed and sliders to a private deck. There is a full bath located next to the bedroom. There is a large bright living room with 2 sliders to a large deck, cathedral ceilings, 4 skylights and lots of light! Also on this floor, a dining room and kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The remaining 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second floor. A very open and bright floor plan.

The second large deck in the back of the house overlooks a very private back yard and has an outdoor shower

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday: Rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday

***We have ferry reservations in place for the week fo July 7th and July 21st that can be transferred by May 15th!!

A place we hope to visit again!

We are very happy to have found this lovely home. The photos accurately depicted the openness, cleanliness and beauty of the house and property. We are a family of four who travelled with another couple. The layout was perfect as we occupied the comfortable upper level while our friends had their privacy downstairs. One of the best features...the outdoor shower! What a glorious way to freshen up after a day of fun in the sun and sand!

This home is an easy bike ride to Edgartown. Our 10 and 12 year olds had no difficulty. A little farther to South Beach, but we did it ! The backpack beach chairs provided by the renter were very helpful. I must say though, we preferred the beach at Aquinnah. Clearer water and fewer rocks walking into the surf. Edgartown is a wonderful place, but the rest of the island is easily explored by car. We especially enjoyed our lobster dinner in Menemsha.

John was helpful and friendly as we arranged our vacation. We have already recommended the Island to many and would encourage friends to consider this home if they are planning a trip.

This was my families first stay in the Vineyard, and this home was ideal! The home was convenient to the beach as well as to Edgartown. The home was very clean and inviting. I would definately recommend this house and location and we will definately stay again!

Great Edgartown Retreat

We had a fantastic week in Edgartown and the home was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing us to access beaches, downtown, and bike trails. I would highly recommend this property and am planning on returning next year.

Beautiful home!

What a fabulous vacation! This home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and in the perfect location. We were within a few minutes drive or bike ride to both State and South beaches. Nice, quiet neighborhood, yet only a couple of mins. from downtown Edgartown for shopping, dining, etc. It is also very close to the bike paths. Would highly recommend this home and cannot wait to go back. Truly one of the best vacations our family has ever taken!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Relaxing home and convenient location

My family and I rented this home for a week in July and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable. It is tastefully decorated yet you feel very comfortable relaxing in it. The back deck is great--we spent most of our time out there. Although you cannot walk to Edgartown or the beach, it is a very quick ride to both, as well as to the Stop & Shop. We felt it was a very convenient location. It also felt very private. We would definitely rent this house again.
