Private fenced yard is perfect for afternoon back-yard picnics. Unit sleeps four to six (queen size sleeper sofa) and is available for rent by the day, week or by the month. This is a ground floor unit with a fenced back yard, tropical patio, BBQ grill quiet a/c, cable TV, high speed Internet, full kitchen and parking for two cars. Four beach cruiser bicycles are on the premises for those afternoon bike rides down the beach.

The location is ideal, less than a five minute drive to the heart of Cocoa Beach, unit is only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 60 minutes from Disney, and 10 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. You can watch Shuttle launches from your backyard! Port Canaveral, home to numerous cruise ships is a short 5 minute drive. The Port also boasts two casino cruise lines, with twice daily departures and an assortment of restaurants and entertainment. If you like fishing Port Canaveral also offers a variety of deep sea fishing charters. Two public golf courses are located within 15 minutes, and a major shopping mall is just ten minutes away. Bird Watches will love the many species found at nearby sanctuaries.

Beautiful Beach House

My family and I stayed in Leah's Beach House for a week the property is very beatiful and well kept. The home is very close to everything you would need including a close walk to the beach. The beach is very nice and well kept. My 3 year son had the best time splashing in the ocean. We also went to Walt Disney World which was 1hr and 10mins away. The neighbours were very nice ( a bit loud) but very friendly. Over all our stay was very nice and we would be back.
Owner's Response: The house is very convenient to most anything you'd like to do, from the walks on the beach, fishing, parks, Orlando attractions etc. It's generally a quiet street with a beach town atmosphere. Come check it out I'm sure you'll like it I have a lot of return visitors.

I rented out this property for my 18th birthday with a small group of my friends. We all fell in love with it as soon as we stepped inside. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. I was also surprised with how close it was to the beach (closer in distance than the Ron John is from the beach!) There is also a Publix right up the road from the property which is VERY convienient.

This was my first time renting out property and I was a bit nervous at first but I assure you, Leah is a trustworthy and great person to deal with. I even called her when I couldn't get the lock box to open and she was very patient and helpful with me! =)

If you're looking for a weekend getaway with either friends or a small family I highly recommend this property to you. The rates are the lowest I've seen and the quality is remarkable.

We loved our three month stay and are coming back next year.
It has everything you need and so close to everything. We loved the fenced in back yard and could let our dog out and know she was safe. The beach is really just down the street. Great for taking walks and very safe neighborhood.
Leah is a terrific person and your stay will be a wonderful vacation. We got to watch a launch and seeing it is amazing.
We can't wait to come back.
