What a great vacation! From the first email until the day we left EVERYTHING was so easy and nice. This condo is very convient to the beach and pool. The view from the balcony made it so easy to watch my teenagers at the beach and go to the condo or pool with no worries. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked. Terry and Carole have been nothing but WONDERFUL to work with....we had an issue with a TV and Terry was more than generous and fixed the issue right away "Thank You"! Again, 100% satisfied!

Great home away from home

My husband stayed in the condo with four teenagers. We had plenty of room and the condo is very nice. If you're a beach person this is the place for you. You have to either walk or drive to to most restaurants or activities; I'd call this area strictly for beach people. As far as the condo and complex, again, this condo is great. The workout room isn't much and the bikes that were supposed to be available had flat tires the whole week we were there. My only complaint about the condo is that it could have been a bit cleaner. I had to spend some time on the floors and in the kitchen but other than that, it was great.
Owner's Response: I ask all my renters to call me anytime there is an issue that needs attention. If the unit was not cleaned properly, a call to the cleaning personnel (renter has phone number) or me would have taken care of this immediately. There is a air pump next to the bike rack for the bikes. Before renters can use the bikes, they must sign a liability waiver. This renter did not and did not have the combination lock code to use the bikes either. The workout room has a modern universal type weight machine($4,000 new), 2 new eliptical machines, 2 treadmills and 2 TV monitors in a area that overlooks the beach.
