Our bright and sunny home and yard is charming and beautiful with a screened in porch, large deck, living room, den, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 is a handicapped bathroom), outdoor shower. It is on a quiet street about 1/2 mile walk from Cooks Brook Beach. It is recently renovated and furnished with 2 new king sized beds, 2 queens and 2 twin beds as well as a sleep sofa in the den and a living room sofa. The large kitchen table and chairs were also added in 2008. Bike to magnificent Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches. Near bike path, gym, golf and tennis, and ponds. The home is great for 2 families to share.
