Photos and Description of the Oceanside vacation condo rental Luxury condo at the beach in Oceanside, CA. Non-smoking and no Pets.

Our condo has a great ocean view and has been completely remodeled and has new furniture. The kitchen has new cabinets, new granite counter top, new sink, and new appliances. The fully equipped kitchen has a new microwave, coffee maker, conventional oven and stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher as well as a full supply of new glasses, pots, pans, flatware, knives, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Both bathrooms were remodeled, replacing vanity, sink, tub, toilet, faucets, shower valve, tile, etc. The living room has a new sectional sofa/bed and an entertainment center with a 32 inch TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo CD/cassette/tuner system. Both bedrooms have a TV. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen sized Murphy bed. The unit sleeps a maximum of six people. All flooring has been replaced with new carpet and tile.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates listed above include a cash discount of 3%. Most credit cards accepted. Payments made with credit cards must be for full price (without the 3% cash discount).

    Nightly rates: Nightly rates available within 30 days of arrival, with a three night minimum.

    Holiday rates: Nightly and weekly rates slightly higher during holiday seasons.

    Reservations: You may make a reservation over the phone or via e-mail.

    Deposits: 50% due at reservation. 50% due 60 days prior to stay. 25% cancellation fee. 100% forfeited if canceled within 60 days of stay. We will try to rebook and refund up to 75%. Trip insurance is recommended for those concerned about cancellation. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a contract to review and sign. All units that are booked and paid for more than 60 days in advance may be paid for by personal check. Any unit booked less than 30 days prior to occupancy must be paid for with credit card.
  • A $500 security/damage deposit. This deposit is fully refundable 21 days after move out, providing , move out is on time, there are no damages, excessive cleaning or fines (improper parking, excessive noise, etc.).

    Check-in time: Check-in time is 3pm on your arrival date.

    Check-out time: 10am on your departure date. Due to the large volume of check ins and outs, we must adhere to our scheduled times.

About the resort...: The resort located on one of the best beaches in Southern California in the town of Oceanside, California. It has 14 acres of lush tropical landscaping with wandering streams, waterfalls and a huge koi pond. The beach has great surfing, swimming, sunbathing, volleyball, and fire pits for an evening fire/barbecue. It is easy walking distance to restaurants, the pier, the harbor and downtown. It is a short drive to Legoland in Carlsbad and to the race track at the beach town of Del Mar. It is less than an hour drive to Orange County's Disneyland and to downtown San Diego, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and the Wild Animal Park. We have two swimming pools, two large outside spas, a well equipped exercise room, and a men's and a women's sauna. It has barbecue grills and picnic tables, pool and ping pong and a putting green. The resort has gated entry and has 24/7 security.
