If relaxation is your intent, you can sit on the balcony & take in the wonderful ocean breeze & enjoy the scenery of all the Emerald Coast has to offer with the beautiful, pristine white sand beaches & the aqua to emerald green colors of the ocean waters. Unbelievable convenience; grocery stores, shopping, fishing pier, night life within 2 miles. Take a relaxing moment in the hot tub on the pool decking for a romantic way to end the day. Pelican Isle has a beachfront pool with plenty of chaise lounges. The pool is heated in the off season to accommodate the cooler seasons.
