Within 500 metres of Casa Avalon, swim with Dolphins or see Turtles hatch and head for the open sea. Snorkel or scuba dive with a rainbow of tropical fish or visit the Maya temple of the goddess Ixchel at Garrafon. A 20 minute ferry ride opens a world of: golf, water parks, Xcaret nature park, cenotes, tours to the Maya castle on the Caribbean at Tulum and the world famous Pyramids of Chichen Itza, now one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World . Separated by the patio from the rest of the house, the delightful second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and jacuzzi bath tub. To the left of the kitchen a hallway with lockable entrance door, leads to a large downstairs bedroom with twin beds (can be pushed together). This has an en suite shower and bathroom and separate back entrance. Front doors open on to waterfront garden. Fourth bedroom upstairs has new double bed and shares the master bathroom. A queen sized sofa bed is in the living room downstairs, suitable for children.
