Massive 8 bedroom 7.5 bath private home! Pelican's Roost is ideally located on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) close to shopping restaurants and local attractions! Enjoy the private pool (13x25) or skip down to the beach just 200 yards away down a private gated road (almost zero traffic!!)

With a 4,200 square foot main house and seperate guest house there is room for the whole family!!

We were very pleased with everything. The website pictures do not due this place justice. We were all very impressed with the house and felt that the beauty and size were not expressed well on the website.
