What a pleasure to operate in this all-new expansive kitchen and its adjacent pantry, offering cutting edge culinary design, complete equipment and every conceivable convenience. The bright, open floor plan features a gas fireplace in the living room. One bedroom on the main level, three more upstairs, plus another room adjacent to MBR. . Two full baths up, one down. Central air conditioning throughout. New patio and gas grill just added in 2008.

Located in a quiet Bayside neighborhood in Brewster, near Ellis Landing Beach -- about a three-minute walk. Two minutes off Route 6A, a scenic east-west route running across the north shore of the Cape, where there are shops, restaurants and easy access to bike trails. Major supermarkets and more diverse shopping in Orleans Center, just 10 minutes east on 6A. Cape Cod National Seashore is a twenty-minute ride. Provincetown is about 35 minutes by car.
